New Seestar

Got a new telescope, which is pretty cool. It’s a wider angle lens so I have a learning curve ahead of me.

Whirlpool at different frame rates

Testing different exposure lengths on a single frame, no post editing on these
There’s not a huge difference in the exposures but I noticed quite a bit of smoothing on the longer ones which helps with the satellite streaks

Bit Flip

If you have never listened to Radiolab I encourage it. They do a very good job of being entertaining while informing you of things. It’s also very well researched and produced.
My favorite episode is one I think about probably 10 times a week. Bitflip

Artemis II Image Link

Nasa is posting pictures of the Moon from the Artemis II Mission lunar fly by.
Artemis II Lunar Flyby
They’re incredible. They make mine look a little dim, though I think they’re cheating by being 234,000 Miles (roughly) closer.
